Session Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your photography session. Once your deposit is received and confirmed, I will contact you to schedule your session date and choose a location within the Wenatchee, Cashmere, or Leavenworth area.

The deposit will be applied toward your total session fee. Because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If you need to reschedule, the deposit may be transferred to a new date with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Once deposit is made. I will reach out to set up a date that is agreed upon by client and photographer.

Final payment of $100.00 is due at date of session.
